5.1 Deposits
All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to the Member's Account in real time; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method and prevailing banking system conditions.
5.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been verified and are registered in the Member's name. mega566 targets the following indicative processing timeframes, which are provided as guidance and are not guarantees:

5.3 Currency
The primary account currency for Malaysian members is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All amounts displayed within the Platform are denominated in MYR unless otherwise specified. Cryptocurrency deposits will be converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of credit.
mega566 offers various promotional incentives to its members from time to time. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits are subject to this section and to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion.
6.1 Wagering Requirements
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement prior to withdrawal. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion terms (e.g., "10x wagering requirement on bonus amount"). Bonus Funds that have not met their Wagering Requirement by the stated expiry date will be forfeited without compensation.
6.2 Eligible Games
Not all games on the Platform contribute equally — or at all — toward satisfying a Wagering Requirement. Game contribution rates will be listed in the specific promotion terms. Live casino and table games typically contribute at a lower rate than slots.
6.3 Bonus Abuse
mega566 reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate any associated winnings where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or using automated betting systems.
6.4 Crypto Deposit Bonus
A 2% bonus of up to MYR 688 is available on cryptocurrency deposits. This bonus is subject to these general bonus terms and to specific promotion terms published alongside the offer. The2% bonus rate applies to the MYR equivalent of the deposited cryptocurrency at time of credit.
All games offered on the mega566 Platform are provided by third-party game studios and operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable. The Company does not control the outcome of individual game results.
In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on a Member's device and the result recorded on the Company's servers, the result recorded on the Company's servers shall be definitive.
mega566 reserves the right to suspend or void any bet, wager, or game round where a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest error (including obvious pricing errors in the sportsbook) is identified. In such circumstances, stakes will be returned to the Member's Account.
For sports betting, all bets are accepted subject to the specific event rules applicable to each sport, competition, and market. Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and other sports markets are governed by the official rules of the relevant governing body.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mega566 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
The Company's aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to the Platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. mega566 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.
mega566 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that:
Where an Account is suspended for investigation purposes, any pending withdrawal requests will be placed on hold until the investigation is concluded. Where an Account is permanently closed due to breach of these Terms, the Company reserves the right to forfeit any remaining Bonus Funds and, in cases of confirmed fraud, any associated real-money balances as permitted by applicable law.
Members who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting the support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of applicable bonus forfeitures) will be returned to the Member's verified payment method.
mega566 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, the Company will provide reasonable notice to Members via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange the return of any real-money Balance.

14.2 Escalation
Where informal resolution is not achieved, the Company will engage in good-faith mediation. Details of the escalation process will be provided to the Member upon request.
14.3 Limitation Period
Any claim arising under this Agreement must be raised within six (6) months of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims raised outside this period will not be entertained.
